You can create a household and invite family. Everyone in it sees the same homes, shelves and shopping list. Sharing uses your private iCloud and is planned for a later version, so it is off until then. People you invite need an iPhone and an Apple ID.

Open Settings, then Backup, and choose Export a backup to save a file anywhere you like. Restore from a backup brings it back, including on a new phone. You can also export your items as a CSV.

Yes. Your list lives on your phone. Barcode lookups and recall checks need a connection.

Export a backup if you want one, then delete the app. See the Privacy Policy for iCloud data.

If the app offers a one-time unlock, tap Restore Purchase in Settings while signed in to the same Apple ID. Apple handles payment and refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.

No. The Family unlock is a single one-time purchase, and recall alerts are always free.
